Policies

We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.


If any order items are damaged during transit, contact us immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving, or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.


Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged


Returned items need to arrive to us in their original condition. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return/exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.


Note: If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, your shipping fee will not be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns are inspected and processed within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return shipping; therefore, adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or past our 7 day return period. 


Note: If you use your own courier service, you are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
